About Us

Making mobility safer, smarter and fairer for all

Trak Global Group’s two operating companies are bound by a common purpose: to improve road safety and make access to mobility more flexible, fair and efficient.

Our people are encouraged to drive change, within the organisation they work for and across the industries that we serve. We innovate, help industry incumbents to innovate, and work with emerging disruptors to shake things up.

We collaborate with numerous academic institutions, and now have almost 150 connected car patents to our name. Along with being ISO 27000 compliant and certified in the UK, we are also members of ITS America, ITS Canada, the CVTA, Leaseurope, the APMA Connected Vehicle Group, the British Vehicle Rental & Leasing Association and ngConnect.

And through all this, we never lose sight of our goals – ensuring that our enterprise customers succeed and that their end-users benefit from technology to stay safer on each journey they take.

Three Hills Capital Partners (“THCP”) is an innovative European investment house founded in 2013, who seek to provide partnership capital and tailored financing solutions to businesses. THCP looks to partner with outstanding Founders and Entrepreneurs and provides less dilutive and more customized structures than traditional private equity, thereby a fitting partner as TGG accelerates its growth plans.
